Rithoi Dragon Form

Rithoi is a shapeshifting dragon in the world of Guild Wars 2. They are from another au aswell, where there are other dragons besides the elder dragons and they aren't created by them. They are large-ish, but not nearly as large as the elder dragons, about a little larger than a charr.
